Sponsor Outreach
At Scale
How we get your newsletter sponsored
Sponsorship sales is a second full-time job. Finding prospects, verifying contacts, writing outreach, and following up for months is the highest-leverage work you never get to, so we do it for you.
We build the list ourselves
We scrape the local businesses most likely to sponsor you and check every address before anything goes out. We do not buy from Apollo or ZoomInfo, so you are not emailing contacts that forty other agencies already burned through.
Every email is verified
Every address gets checked right before we send to it, so bounce rates stay low and the campaigns keep reaching real inboxes.
We keep following up
Almost nobody sponsors off the first email. A business stays in the sequence until it becomes a sponsor or tells you to stop, with check-ins at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Budgets change, and when they do we are already in their inbox.
Your domain never touches outreach
Outbound runs on two cold-email domains we register in your name and warm up for two weeks first. The domain your readers trust is never involved.
Replies land in your dashboard
Every reply, every warm lead, and every no in one action inbox, so nobody gets forgotten. You decide who to call and who to close over email.
There are not enough hours in the day
You write every issue and you grew the list. The part that makes money, calling local businesses to sponsor you, never happens because it takes forever. We have the hours.
After you sign up
Setup takes two weeks because sender reputation takes two weeks. Here is the whole schedule.
Domains purchased
We register two sending domains in your name and set everything up. They stay yours.
Warm-up
The new domains build sender reputation slowly while the scraper collects and verifies leads in the background.
First sends
Campaigns activate and ramp daily, building to about 120 sends a day across six inboxes.
Replies come in
Warm replies start landing in your action inbox. You decide what to do with each one, and everything else runs itself.
Long-tail nurture
Anyone who did not reply gets check-ins at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, until they say stop.

Everything that keeps the system running. Charged at signup, then every 30 days.

“This is the same system I built for my own newsletter. We did about $6,000 in sponsorship revenue in our first 3 months.”
What operators ask first
Will this hurt my newsletter's sender reputation?
No. We send from two dedicated cold-email domains, never from your newsletter domain. If a cold domain ever has a problem, your subscribers do not even know it exists.
What if I already use Beehiiv, Substack, or Mailchimp?
We work with all of them and do not replace them. Your newsletter keeps publishing exactly the way it does today.
Who does the prospect actually reply to?
You. Replies land in your dashboard's action inbox, and you decide whether to call them or close the loop over email.
Why not just buy lists from Apollo or ZoomInfo?
Those lists are bought and resold to every agency in the country, the same contacts are getting hammered by forty other people, and almost none of them are local businesses that would sponsor a newsletter. We build the lists ourselves from Google Maps, Yelp, and Chamber directories, and we verify every email before it sends. Lower bounces, real reply rates, and prospects who are genuinely a fit.
How does billing work?
The $50 setup fee and your first $250 month are both charged at signup. A 3% card processing fee is added to each charge, so you pay $309 today and $257.50 every 30 days after that. Month to month, cancel anytime.
Do you guarantee I'll land a sponsor?
No. How many sponsors you close depends on your list, your market, and how you handle the replies once they come in. What we guarantee is the work: verified local prospects, campaigns running every weekday, and every reply landing in your dashboard. It is month to month with no contract, so if it is not paying for itself you stop.
Can you do this for a business that is not a newsletter?
Yes. It works for print papers, for any kind of email list, and for most B2B businesses that need a steady flow of warm conversations. Email collin@lancasteraiguy.com and we will talk through your specifics.
