Terms of Service

Welcome to Get Sponsored, a service operated by Dawkins Consulting LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (referred to in these terms as “we,” “us,” or the “Company”). “Get Sponsored” and “Lancaster AI Guy” are brand names under which the Company markets and delivers this service. By signing up for the service, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these terms.

1. What we do

Get Sponsored is a done-for-you cold-email sponsorship outreach service. We custom-build a list of local businesses likely to advertise in your newsletter, verify their email addresses, send multi-touch outreach campaigns under sending domains we set up on your behalf, and deliver replies to a dashboard you can access at portal.lancasteraiguy.com.

2. What we don't do

We do not guarantee a specific number of sponsors, replies, sales, or revenue. Outreach response rates depend on factors outside our control — your newsletter's audience size, your market, your industry, your sponsor pricing, your follow-through on replies. We do not write your newsletter, sell on your behalf during reply conversations, or close deals for you.

3. Pricing and billing

The current pricing is $50 one-time setup fee plus $250 per month (USD), plus a 3% card processing fee applied to each charge, charged via Stripe at the time of purchase and monthly thereafter. Pricing on this page supersedes any pricing shown elsewhere. We may change pricing for new customers at any time; existing customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance before any price increase applies to their subscription.

4. Cancellation and refunds

No performance guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will land a sponsor, or any particular number of sponsors, reply rate, or amount of sponsorship revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your list size, your market, your pricing, and how you handle the replies we deliver. The setup fee and monthly fees pay for the service described in Section 1, not for a specific outcome.

Cancellation. Your subscription is month-to-month with no contract or minimum term. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal (linked from your dashboard) or by emailing collin@lancasteraiguy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through that period. The setup fee is non-refundable once provisioning has begun, and we do not provide refunds for partial months.

Customers who signed up while a money-back guarantee was advertised remain covered by the terms in effect on their signup date.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• You have the legal right to send commercial email under your business name, and that your business and newsletter exist and are legitimate.
• You will respond to replies and manage your own sponsor relationships.
• You will not use Get Sponsored to send messages that are deceptive, illegal, defamatory, or in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act (US), CASL (Canada), or GDPR (EU).
• The outreach copy we generate references your business, your newsletter, and your phone number — content is sent from sending domains that publicly represent you.

6. Our responsibilities

We agree that:

• We will custom-source leads relevant to your geography and audience, not resell stock contact lists.
• Every prospect email will be verified before outreach.
• Sending domains will be warmed (typically 14 days) before live sending to protect deliverability.
• You retain full ownership of the lead list and your sponsor relationships.
• We will not contact your leads on behalf of any other customer.

7. Data and confidentiality

We collect and store: information you submit during onboarding (newsletter name, website, contact details, geographic targeting), the lead list we generate for you, email send/open/reply data from Instantly, and payment metadata from Stripe. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell your data. We will not share customer-identifying data with third parties except service providers (Stripe, Instantly, Google Workspace) acting on our behalf.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no formal SLA guarantee. The dashboard and email sending may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, Instantly, registrars), or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

9. Termination by us

We may pause or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to misuse the service, fail to pay, or use Get Sponsored for spam, fraud, or illegal activity. If we terminate you for cause, the setup fee is non-refundable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 90 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost sponsor revenue, reputational damage, or deliverability incidents caused by your domain history.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
