Sponsorship sales is where podcasts die.
You built the podcast. You produce every episode. You grew listeners. And now the part that actually makes money (calling businesses to sponsor you) never happens because it takes forever.
Personalized outreach list.
We search the internet for the brands and businesses most likely to sponsor your podcast. Each email address is verified before we send.
Automated campaigns.
We keep them on the outreach list until they become a sponsor or they tell you they're not interested. We follow up as their business changes and as your audience grows. If they're not interested day 1, that doesn't mean they won't be interested in 6 months.
Personalized dashboard.
A personalized dashboard so you can track all outbound, all replies, all warm leads, and all no's in one place — so you don't forget anybody.
Dedicated domains.
Outbound runs on two cold-email domains we register in your name. The domain your audience trusts never touches outreach. If something ever burns, it burns somewhere disposable.

We're a small operator helping other small operators. The lead lists we build for you only exist because we built them, for you.
What happens after you sign up.
Domains purchased.
We register 2 sending domains in your name and set everything up. The domains stay yours, used only for this.
Warm-up.
We warm the new domains up slowly to build sender reputation. No outreach goes out yet. The scraper runs in the background, collecting and verifying leads.
First sends.
Campaigns activate. Outreach starts ramping daily — ~20 sends/day per domain, building to 30/day per domain (~60/day total).
Full send.
Replies start landing in your action inbox. You decide what to do with each one. Everything else runs itself.
Long-tail nurture.
Anyone who didn't reply gets check-ins at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. Businesses change. Budgets change. We keep going until they say stop.
The same system I built for my own media business.
I built this playbook for my newsletter, The Lancaster Ledger. We filled every sponsor slot and pulled in around $2,500 in revenue in our first two and a half months — before we even crossed 3,000 subscribers. Same playbook works for podcasts.

FAQ
Will this hurt my podcast's brand or domain reputation?
No — we send from 2 dedicated cold-email domains, never from your podcast's primary domain. If a cold domain ever gets flagged, your listeners don't even know it exists.
What if I already host on Buzzsprout / Spotify / Apple Podcasts / Transistor?
Great. We don't touch your hosting or distribution. This sits next to whatever you already use — we're just selling sponsorships on top.
What if I don't have a Calendly?
We'll set one up with you, or use whatever booking link / form / email-back flow you already use.
Who does the prospect actually reply to?
You. Replies hit your inbox directly (and our dashboard). You decide whether to call them or close the loop in email.
Why don't you just buy lists from Apollo or ZoomInfo?
Those lists are bought and resold to every agency in the country — the same contacts are getting hammered by 40 other people, bounce rates are high, and almost none of them are brands that would actually sponsor a podcast. We build the lists ourselves, verify every email before it sends, and the result is what you'd expect: lower bounces, real reply rates, and prospects who are genuinely a fit. It works.
What size show do you work with?
Any size. Sponsor outreach math works at every stage — small shows have niche audiences sponsors will pay for; bigger shows have reach. The pitch is different but the system is the same.
What if it doesn't work?
Cancel anytime, month-to-month. No long-term contract. The setup fee covers ~14 days of build work; if you don't like what you see in the first month, we shake hands and part ways.
Can you do this for a non-podcast business?
Yes. It works for newsletters, podcasts, YouTube channels, local media — anywhere sponsorship sales is the bottleneck. Book a call or email collin@lancasteraiguy.com and we'll talk through your specifics.
Worth a 15-minute call?
We'll look at your podcast, talk about your audience, and tell you whether our system would work for you. Or just email for more info to see if it's a fit.
